How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard domestic orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. During high-volume periods, such as new album merchandise drops, processing may take up to 7-10 business days.
What is your return policy for apparel?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship TDE merchandise worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties may apply.
How should I care for my TDE screen-printed hoodies and tees?
To preserve the quality of the print, we recommend washing your garments inside out in cold water and hanging them to dry or using a low heat setting in the dryer.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center. We are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations, but please contact our support team immediately to see if we can assist.
